Elesha Coons
Elesha is a senior, at the University of Georgia, who will graduate in the Fall of 2014 with a B.S. in Mathematics Education. She will be student teaching in the fall and is excited about future opportunities. Elesha is a musician and natural-born teacher who spends most of her time playing piano for local church choirs, teaching voice to local choir members, and volunteering as a mentor/tutor at local academic camps, tutoring services, and elementary, middle, and high schools.
Sarah Major
Sarah graduated Summa Cum Laude from Emmanuel College in 2012 with a BS in Mathematics while also minoring in English. After working in the banking industry for a year, she decided to go back to school to earn an MAT degree in mathematics education from the University of Georgia, where she is currently in her last semester. She is also an academic mentor and tutor for the Rankin Smith Student Athlete Center at UGA.
Sydney Roberts
Sydney graduated with her BS degree in mathematics from UGA in 2013. She is currently in her last semester of graduate school here at the University of Georgia, and she is wrapping up her MAT degree in math education. Outside of school, Sydney tutors high school math at Faith Academy, and coaches swimming for a Youth Swimming, a local summer league team, and with Loganville High School.
